Jim Slick is the President and CEO of Slick Cyber Systems and has worked professionally in the technology industry since 1987. Over the course of his career, he has designed and built technology environments ranging from single-server small-business networks to large data center infrastructures with more than 700 servers, including fully clustered systems with real-time replication for disaster recovery and business continuity.

Jim founded Slick Cyber Systems in 2002 with the goal of building an IT solutions company focused on reliability, security, responsiveness, and long-term client relationships. His experience spans managed IT services, infrastructure design, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, business continuity, data center operations, and complex business technology environments.

His educational background includes a degree in Electrical Engineering, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science, and an MBA with an emphasis in Crisis Management. He is also a graduate of the Disney Institute in Florida and has earned numerous industry certifications, including the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification.

Jim’s combination of technical engineering experience, business leadership, and crisis-management training gives him a practical perspective on how technology affects business operations. His focus is not simply on keeping systems running, but on helping organizations reduce risk, minimize downtime, protect critical data, and build technology environments that support long-term growth.

Chris R. leads Sales & Marketing at Slick Cyber Systems, focusing on business growth, client success, strategic partnerships, and market development. He works closely with clients and prospective clients to understand their business needs, identify technology and cybersecurity challenges, and connect them with solutions that support long-term growth and operational success.

Chris also helps guide the company’s marketing strategy, business development efforts, and client outreach, with a focus on building strong relationships and creating opportunities within the industries and communities Slick Cyber Systems serves.

Steve Jendrzejewski, VP of Finance, has been a Corporate Controller since 2000. In his career, Steve has provided leadership and coordination of company financial planning, debt financing, and budget management functions while collaborating with other members of the administrative team. Steve has also led IT services and was a decision-maker in the implementation process. Steve’s educational backgrounds are BS in Finance and Int’l Business with an emphasis in Business Analysis.
